Job description

We have an immediate opening for an experienced light industrial and clerical recruiter in Parma, Ohio.
You will perform full-cycle recruiting duties.
Interview candidates.
Using job boards to source new candidates.
Posting and resume searching.
Screen Candidates.
Submit candidates to clients for review and placement.
Complete candidate onboarding. 
Perform drug screens and background checks.
Take job orders from clients.
Provide a high level of customer service to clients and candidates.
Keep candidate pipeline full.
Must be able to work at a fast pace.
Be a people person.
This is an in office position.
This is a first shift opening.
Monday through Friday.
8 am to 5 pm.
Starting salary is $45k to 50k a year, plus commission.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
