Job description
We are searching for an experienced Superintendent to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day construction activities, supervise on-site personnel, and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. You should have strong problem solving and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Superintendent, you will oversee the planning and execution of all construction projects. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You will also supervise on-site personnel and ensure that all tasks are completed according to the project specifications.
At least 3 years of experience in Non Profit, Assisted Living, Apartments, YMCA, Healthcare, Multi-Family, and Women's Clinic. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
