Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Financial Crimes Solutions operations team as a Technical Support Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to combat financial crimes by providing top-notch technical support for our advanced suite of fraud/AML products.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily data processing operations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Promptly resolve issues to maintain data integrity and completeness.
- Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution via phone or case management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and enhance processes.
- Adhere to documented departmental and corporate standards.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience with bank or financial data and data relationships.
- 4 years of experience writing queries for research in SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- 2 years of experience with Azure or similar cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in researching, analyzing, and resolving complex problems.
- Excellent communication, customer interaction, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
Preferred:
- Experience in fraud or AML compliance within a financial institution.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- Experience with network troubleshooting.
