Job description
Job Title: Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer
Overview:
We're seeking a Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer to provide escalated technical support, manage user accounts, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist with Office 365, Active Directory, and Intune administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support:
- Resolve escalated technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
2. O365 and AD Administration:
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
- Assist with Office 365 configuration and maintenance.
3. Hardware Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install and upgrade hardware components as needed.
4. Intune Administration:
- Configure applications and create configuration profiles in Intune.
- Assist with mobile device management and deployment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of technical support experience.
- Proficiency in O365, AD administration, hardware troubleshooting, and Intune.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
