Data Analyst

PRIMARY PURPOSE To collect, analyze and report data; to be responsible for the data integrity; and to generate reports verifying and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Month end financial data extracted, integration sheet & reports created, data validated, reports formatted, & submitted to finance

+ Month end invoices created and validated against integration sheet

+ Client AR reconciliations, identifying bills not paid, generating reports to be sent to client for a response

+ Processing bills not paid responses and bill delete reports; applying these credits to bills system

+ Researching data and cash application questions from finance

+ Applying monthly client payments to bills system and generating affiliate AP data sheet and reports

+ Preparing, creating, & submitting monthly affiliate AP data sheet and PDF Summary reports to AP for payment

+ Emailing monthly PDF summary and Excel detail reports to each affiliate

+ Researching and processing affiliate requests related to payments

+ Compiles data; prepares and distributes reports; and analyzes results.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

+ Supports the organization’s quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience

Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Skills & Knowledge

+ Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills

+ PC literate, proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel critical)

+ Analytical and interpretive skills

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Excellent interpersonal skills

+ Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

WORK ENVIRONMENT

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $40,000- $56,000 . A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO , disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
