Job Summary

You will work closely with the Executive Team to develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company's growth objectives.  If you’ve built out the talent and supporting HR systems for a rapidly scaling workforce and enjoyed it, this position is for you. You will oversee recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent; managing employee relations; developing and implementing policies and procedures; and overseeing employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy for a high-growth company.
  2. Oversee a small team and participate directly in driving the HR functions:
    1. Recruitment and hiring process
    2. Onboarding and orientation programs
    3. Performance management
    4. Employee relations
    5. HR policies, procedures, and processes 
    6. Employee benefits programs
  3. Represent a strong voice of the employees on the Executive Team

Requirements

  1. Direct experience developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives in a high-growth business. Ideally, you've done this in a technology or professional services setting.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company's growth objectives. You will be accountable for delivering ample quantity and quality of talent to the organization.
  2. Attract, hire, and retain top talent to support the company's objectives.
  3. Create a culture of high performance and accountability.
  4. Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, even when others are not.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the role, including maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Location and Hours

This is a full-time position. You are welcome to work remotely or from our Lancaster, PA, office.

Compensation
