With one-on-one experience, you will be exposed to working with the top 5 Broward County Realtors and learn hands-on real estate knowledge and information in order to grow your business to the next level and become a full-time professional. Responsibilities: Job Duties Responsibilities • Work alongside/personally for Team Leader and Top Producer • Schedule showings and show homes to premiere home buyer clients and active listings • Refine buyers’ criteria and select additional homes to show as necessary • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with our premiere clients and vendors • Learn Real Estate from A-Z from showings to contracts to inspections, appraisals, and walk-throughs • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and/or emails • Work side by side with our team leader on personal clients to ensure communication and smooth transactions • Assist lead agent with written offers • Prepare listing presentations and appointment packages for the Team Leader and learn first-hand what it takes to Win at listing appointments • Responsible for developing the following skills by shadowing lead agent or buyer’s agent, in addition to attending all office training related to these duties. • Once the applicant has demonstrated the ability to perform these tasks proficiently without assistance and has met all production standards, the Showing Assistant may become eligible for the Buyer’s Agent/Specialist role. • Attend all office training for working with buyer clients • Convert buyer leads to buyer consultation appointments • Conduct buyer consultation appointments with the Buyer Agent/Lead Agent • Assist in obtaining buyer client signatures on buyer agency agreements • Ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified with mortgage lender • Prospect for buyer leads • Overcome buyer objections • Write offers to purchase homes for buyer clients • Negotiate contracts until offers are accepted • Negotiate inspection repairs • Real Estate Experience Required • Real Estate License Required or Actively Being Obtained Qualifications: • This job requires a minimum of at least 1-2 years of real estate experience as a licensed Realtor and/or real estate assistant.
