Key Responsibilities:

Dive into health data from medical records and other sources.
Utilize medical standards and guidelines to identify future medical needs.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders effectively.
Maintain high-quality work standards and compliance.
Provide insights and direction to enhance report quality.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:

An associate's degree is required, while a bachelor's degree in a health-related field is preferred.
Minimum of two years' experience in workers' compensation or case management.
Active unrestricted nursing license (RN, NP, LVN, LPN).
Certification in Medicare Set Asides and/or related fields is a plus.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, adaptable, and a team player.
