A growing, Houston-based professional services firm, G&A Partners is currently seeking a  HR Data Specialist to join its team at the corporate office or G&A satellite office .

Summary:
The HR Data Specialist is responsible to enter, audit and maintain highly confidential employee data. They will pull reports and complete processes in HRIS and multiple other systems. At times they may contact clients, employees and others by phone, email or chat.

• Pull HR reports requested by clients, management, and internal customers.
• Complete statistical surveys requested by federal and state government agencies.
• Fulfill verification of employment requests.
• Process E-Verify for new hires of registered clients and federal contractors.
• Data entry into HRIS of new hire packets, termination of employment, and other information.
• Assist employees with updating their personal information including direct deposit, federal/state tax setup, contact information, resident/mailing address, etc.
• Retrieve employee documents for subpoenas and external audits.
• Perform internal audits and correct HR data.
• Submit invoices for HR services
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma.
• Office work experience with data entry preferred.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prevent and detect discrepancies in large volumes of data.
• Ability to complete assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to securely handle highly confidential information.
• Computer Skills: Basic Excel skills required with HRIS experience preferred. Must be able to quickly learn several complex web-based systems.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate in friendly, positive and professional terms in both written and oral
  communications.
