(EPS) is seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant to join our innovative team in North Logan, Utah. As a Senior Accountant at EPS, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will span various areas, from monitoring general ledger activity to conducting balance sheet reconciliations and preparing journal entries. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sales, engineering, and procurement, to support our month-end and year-end close processes and provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (a master's is preferred) and at least 3 years of experience in professional accounting/finance roles, with 2 years in a manufacturing environment. Data management experience, particularly with SQL, Power BI, or ERP systems, is highly desired. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential as you'll interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

In addition to managing day-to-day financial operations, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to capital expenditure projects, participate in budget development, and support internal and external audits. Your analytical skills and proactive approach will be critical in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting processes.
