Responsibilities

Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and addressing their insurance needs.

Client Consultation : Understand client goals and objectives, providing customized insurance solutions and offering comprehensive advice.

Renewals and Retention : Proactively manage policy renewals, ensuring client satisfaction and promoting policy retention.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios by cross-selling additional insurance products.

Issue Resolution : Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, striving to provide exceptional service at all times.

Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and any necessary documentation in our system.

Requirements

- Insurance experience : Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a sales or account management role.

- Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Customer-focused: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding client expectations.

- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Remote work proficiency : Experience working remotely and the ability to stay productive and organized in a remote setting.

- Tech-savvy : Familiarity with CRM software and other digital tools used in the insurance industry.
