Responsibilities:
- Develop an end-to-end global speaker bureau strategy from development to wishlists, to overseeing outreach, management, and measurement.
- Identify, recruit, and manage a diverse internal network of thought leaders and speakers on topics ranging from immersive technology to AI.
- Oversee the "call for speakers" process including the review and approval management of Briefing slots to ensure high quality and diverse thought leaders across every Executive Briefing.
- Partner with the Executive Engagement SMEs, Channel Experiences team, and team to identify, pitch, sign, and launch new immersive product and prototype experiences to showcase in the physical Executive Briefing Centers.
- Help ensure we have a strategic view of thought leadership across RLBG leadership, whilst ensuring we maximize, cross-pollinate, and elevate content in line with prioritized themes.
- Create valuable and trusted net new external Executive relationships that strengthen as a key cross-functional partner.
- Design program SMART goals and reporting process which delivers actionable insights, enabling informed decisions to optimize Briefing CSAT and engagement success.
- Actively contribute to the cross-team efforts to create a world-class Briefing program that accelerates sales opportunities and deepens/strengthens partner relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to identify new ways to drive best practices, trends, and thought leadership in the Executive Briefings.
Minimum Qualification:
- 6+ years' experience in a program manager role leading equivalent speaker / technical content programs.
- A proven track record building programs for high-profile developer/technology / B2B SaaS Sales/channels teams.
- Experienced Business Partner to senior leadership level in an international environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and improving program effectiveness.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines amidst a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and a talent for leading cross-functional teams for complex projects.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
