About the Job:
As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the CRM for client including all campaign management and execution, calendar and asset planning, list integrity, growth, and segmentation, deliverability health, A/B and multivariate testing and content personalization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and results-driven email specialist with strong knowledge of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the strategic planning and development of direct marketing (email, direct mail & SMS) programs, including broadly circulated brand messages, targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation, and triggered campaigns based on cross-channel customer behavior.
- Oversee planning, development, and growth of client's review, loyalty, and referral programs with direct marketing using touchpoint throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with brand marketing to generate content strategy for developing, delivering, and optimizing best-of-breed email campaigns and flows.
- Set the strategy and manage all email campaigns, supporting the customer lifecycle (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention, etc.)
- Develop, lead, and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for lifecycle, transactional, triggered, and promotional campaigns to increase specific business KPIs and overall user LTV.
- Create and manage segmented, multi-touch nurture campaigns that include promotions, Loyalty and Referral Programs, and review generation.
- Devise testing strategy for subject lines, content cadence, and timing to continuously improve results.
- Lead email experimentation plan, including testing design, analysis, and documentation.
- Plan, analyze, and evaluate performance of ongoing campaigns to optimize towards benchmarks.
- Weekly reporting to proactively monitor the integrity of the e-mail list and quickly address any issues.
- Utilize 3rd party platforms and technologies (i.e. Moveable Ink) for image personalization, live optimization, and advanced campaign testing.
- Own, plan, and execute the strategy for push notifications as both a marketing and communication channel for Customers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience developing lifecycle programs
- Experience developing and executing A/B tests to continually improve performance & drive value Analytics-focused, with experience translating data into business and consumer insights.
- Expert knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
- Proficient with Excel, Canva and BI tools
- Excellent organizational, project management and written/verbal communication skills.
- Cross-functional team experience and ability to formulate and execute a strategy through consensus building, negotiation, and data-driven persuasion.
- Scrappy, resourceful, and believes in getting things done.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and be self-sufficient
