What We Do:
We empower adults through online coaching, guiding them to enhance skills in critical areas such as planning, organization, self-advocacy, emotional regulation, initiation, time management, and more.

Responsibilities:
You will:

Engage in one-on-one remote coaching with adults with ADHD and ASD to strengthen their skills.
Evaluate clients' initial skills, coordinate with their support team, and guide them through regular sessions aligned with our 90-day transformation process.
Facilitate Family Team Meetings to celebrate progress, identify new goals, and determine responsibilities.
Maintain firm boundaries while being adaptable to evolving needs, demonstrating high levels of self-awareness, curiosity, humility, and a proactive attitude.
Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for:

Successfully developing clients' skills and monitoring their progress.
Ensuring the effectiveness of interventions and maintaining clear communication with clients, their support teams, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent.
Relevant credentials or licenses (as specified in the original description).
Preferred minimum of three years of teaching and/or coaching experience.
Work Schedule:

Primarily afternoon and evening sessions (3pm - 9pm PST) and a 4-hour window on either Saturday or Sunday (9am - 6pm PST).
