The Role: Our team is looking for a Beverage Director who embodies a craftsmanship mindset, with a relentless hunger for excellence, humility in teamwork, and the wisdom and intelligence to innovate. This role is not just about leading; it's about inspiring and being the driving force behind our beverage program. Your mission will be to create captivating drinks, refine our recipes, and elevate our beverage offerings to new heights, all while leading and training our passionate team of bartenders.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and refine a unique beverage program that complements our Vietnamese and Asian culinary offerings.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of bartenders to execute with precision and passion.
- Innovate and create new drinks that tell a story and excite our guests.
- Ensure the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create a cohesive and harmonious dining experience.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost controls to meet operational and financial objectives.
Who You Are:
