Job Title: Project Architect
Team/Department: Architecture and Planning
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid)
Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000

Our in-house services enable us to quickly and efficiently satisfy design and engineering needs for projects both large and small. We specialize in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Architecture and Space Planning, Urban and Master Planning, Graphic Design, 3D Modeling and Building Information Modeling.

What You Will Be Doing

- Assisting in design efforts and preparing graphic presentations
- Translating design concepts into construction documents
- Interpreting, organizing and implementing project assignments
- Preparing zoning and code reviews
- Processing permits with public agencies

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years of Architectural experience with all phases of the design process including construction administration.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Demonstrated proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with graphics and rendering software
