Overview
For over four decades, First Watch has grown through word-of-mouth and organic discovery in communities across the country to become one of the most loved restaurant brands. As the Community Marketing Manager, you will be on the front lines helping to build and nurture the relationship between First Watch and the communities we serve. This role will be focused on developing and executing plans to drive brand awareness, consideration, and advocacy through local marketing best practices and innovative tactics. The ideal candidate for this role will bring a mix of enthusiasm, creative thinking, and hungry attitude to learn, grow and win among a collaborative and passionate team. A strong understanding of marketing / local marketing combined with a collaborative work style will be needed for success in this role.
