Job description
Faith2Felicity is seeking a proactive, friendly, and customer-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a creative flair, and a passion for both sales and customer satisfaction.
Our Sales Associate drives sales by offering outstanding customer service, persistent attention to detail in selling and creating jewelry according to the customer specifications.
As a crystal and gemstone retailer, the incumbent must have knowledge of crystals, gemstones and energy healing principles. The incumbent will be knowledgeable in making beaded jewelry from crystals and gemstones. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are a must.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance with products and services.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and custom options.
- Design and create custom bracelets according to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and replenish supplies as needed, including beads, clasps, and presentation materials.
- Keep the store environment clean, organized, and inviting, which includes sweeping, dusting, and arranging displays.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and returns in compliance with store policy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, providing recommendations, and resolving any issues with a positive demeanor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of store events, promotions, and seasonal displays.
- Stay informed about current fashion and jewelry trends to better serve customers and to contribute to the store's creative direction.
- Uphold company standards and policies in all interactions and operations.
- Provide feedback to the management on customer needs, product quality, and store ambiance.
