Kansas City Peterbilt is seeking a Dealership Porter . We are looking for a candidate with a CDL driver’s license. Class A CDL is highly preferred, but Class B is required for the position. This position is Monday-Friday from 7:30a-4:00p, at our Kansas City, KS Location.

Job Details - RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

As a Dealership Porter, you will assist our truck sales, truck service, and body shop departments. The position is responsible for picking up and delivering class 7&8 chassis vehicles. If no moves are needed, then this role will help with other tasks in between. Class A CDL is preferred but Class B is required for the position.

What you need - JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• CDL Class A is preferred.
• 3 years or more of driving is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Promotes and maintains a positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude within the department.
• Must be able to demonstrate positive resourcefulness & versatility in a fast-paced, always-changing, environment.
• Must be willing to listen and follow directions/advisement from the leadership team.
• Understands the importance of safety in the work environment.
