Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.
Job Summary:
As a Control Account Manager, you’ll be assigned to the GLOBUS program and will be responsible for program execution in the Earned Value Management System (EVMS), managing the scope, schedule, and budget that is defined within the Control Accounts (CA).
This job is based in Woburn, MA.
This position is designated as HYBRID. Commuting costs to and from the Woburn, MA facility are the responsibility of the incumbent.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Program Startup activities – Establishing the Performance Measurement Baseline and WBS Dictionary ensuring the Control Accounts (CA) are in alignment with the Statement of Work (SoW) and program strategy and developing the performance baseline.
Creation and Maintenance of the Master Phasing Schedule (MPS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and other supporting schedules.
Supporting Integrated Product Team Lead and Program Manager to develop and execute business and program strategies.
Growing business relationships, responding to customer needs in a timely manner, identifying customer needs and value propositions, addressing complex technical requirements, and leading a globally diverse team to achieve business objectives.
Coordinate responses and reports on IPTLs level monthly budgets, outsourcing, open commits, and staffing
Assist in establishing budget and staffing estimates for new tasks and proposals.
Communicate IPT level risks and opportunities.
Prepare data needed to support high-quality cost, schedule, staffing, and earned value (EV) management and reporting required by these programs.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically Requires: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 10 years of relevant Accounting, Finance, Program or Project management experience. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position.
Control Account Manager experience
Experience managing project cost, schedule, and/or risk.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated consistency, accountability and flexibility managing multiple and competing priorities.
Experience executing DoD sustainment and/or product support contracts.
Experience preparing for and presenting Estimates at Complete.
Experience with Program Start-up & Closeout Activities.
Experience with proposal development/management.
Demonstrated ability to interact with senior levels of leadership effectively – customer, RTX, teammates, and suppliers.
Knowledgeable of the RTX business processes, policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
Ability to manage diverse tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines.
Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills with the ability to analyze technical and financial data and reports.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
