Youth and Family Internship Program at Interlachen
Interlachen Country Club is seeking an Intern for our new Youth and Family internship program, 100 Days of Heart . For 100 days, interns will share in the top-tier hospitality and culture found at our Club while developing skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Our program also offers a summer full of events, one-on-one mentorship from a leader in your field of study, and insight into company initiatives.

Program Offerings:
- Capstone Project aligning with interests and club needs
- Talent+ assessment and personal profile review
- Resume & LinkedIn Rebrand
- Coffee and Book Club with our CEO
- Growth and Development Plan
- Participation in key leadership meetings
- Personal Finance Class
- Team bonding and off-campus outings
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each young member's day.
- Assist the Youth Manager with all aspects of the Youth Department.
- Help develop meaningful and creative youth activities promoting our young members' interests and requests.
- Feel comfortable and confident multi-tasking and managing various ages and personalities.
- Work during youth club events and activities.
- Promote an environment of positive behavior and safety.
- Actively and enthusiastically participate in internship program initiatives, meetings, and projects.
- Serve as a representative of Interlachen inside and outside of the Club.
Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:
Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled in an undergrad program or graduated in 2024 or equivalent experience.
- Background or area of study in youth development or education.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have housing available close to our campus and a reliable means of transportation.

In addition to securing your seasonal, hourly role, the internship selection process includes:
- Resume and one-page cover letter of intent
- Talent+ assessment
- Screening call with the Director of Team Member Engagement
- Interview with the Youth Manager
- Completion of a background check
