We’re on the hunt for a Director of Development who's a mix of a grant wizard, a relationship rockstar, and a money magnet. If you love writing, strategizing, and schmoozing for a great cause, keep reading! What Will You Do? • Grant Whisperer: You'll be the mastermind behind our grant proposals – finding them, writing them, winning them. • Fundraising Innovator: Think outside the box to drum up at least $150,000 in brand-new moolah in the very first year from businesses, individuals, and churches. Just FYI, that goal will be much higher in the following years, this is just to get your feet wet. • Relationships Are Your Jam: From first-time donors to long-time partners, you know how to make them feel special and keep them coming back. • Strategic Superhero: Work hand-in-hand with our cool executive team to set goals, make plans, and change the world. You are not alone - lean on the executive team, sometimes two people can do more together than independently. • Reporting with Pizzazz: Keep us all in the loop with updates that are as fun to read as they are informative.
