Job description
Crown Automotive Group has an immediate opening for a qualified Automotive Billing Clerk to work in the Accounting Department.
This position is responsible for editing and posting deals for our Crown Volvo Cars and Jaguar Land Rover St. Petersburg locations with compliance and accuracy.
This position requires an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and effectively communicate while meeting multiple daily and monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities include:
Editing and posting Deals Daily
Processing Payoffs
Calculate, process, and provide payroll with deal commissions
Schedule reconciliations
Send contracts timely to lenders
Monthly Reconciliations including but not limited to; Unit Counts, Front End Gross and Finance Gross.
Maintain company standards for record retention including but not limited to filing, scanning, sorting, and shredding.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Minimum Six (6) Months of general office experience (automotive a plus)
- Basic 10-key knowledge
- MS Office - Specifically with Word and Excel Spreadsheets
- Ability to follow instructions (written and verbal) and solve problems as per company policies
- Valid Driver’s license

- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter and self-directed.
- Attention to detail imperative.
- Ability to be very flexible to meet Crown’s and Client’s needs.
- Ability to meet US employment and Crown’s eligibility requirements.
