Job Title: Staff Accountant
Salary: $60K-$70K (Depending on Experience)
Location: Troy, MI
Requirements: 1+ years of recent CPA firm / Experience in both tax and financial statements

Additional ways in which a candidate may stand out would be:
- CPA license (preferred, not required)
- CFE, CFF, ABV, CVA
- Quickbooks experience
- Business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation support, consulting experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Prosystem Fx Tax and Prosystem Fx Engagement is a plus

What You Will Be Doing

- Work directly with managers and the firm's principal shareholders
- Proactively service clients
- Assist firm managers and principals in conducting tax planning
- Tax return preparation and tax research
- Bookkeeping, compilations, reviews, and audits
- Forensic accounting and consulting for a variety of individual, business and non-profit clients
- Assist clients with IRS and state correspondence
