About the Job:

We are looking for a data-driven Senior Producer with a passion for performance marketing & the ambition to lead a team.

Primary Objectives:

• Partnering with internal teams to create new advertising formats.
• Prospecting for new Pubs
• Ensure that journals receive appropriate promotion (e.g. blogs, press releases, social media etc) as per targets set.
• Conduct research and develop campaign ideas and content, producing scripts, storyboards, and shooting and editing projects.
• Develop and produce videos for company use, including social media, website, and other online campaigns.
• Engaged in every stage of production, including writing, casting, scheduling, shooting, editing, and the creation of visual effects.
• Campaign management
• Managing & analyzing/tracking campaigns to ensure publishers deliver the best ROI

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in journalism, communications, English, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years experience in journalist/video production
• Knowledge of video terminology and methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Above-average organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines

Compensation:

• Annual base pay of $100,000 - $120,000
• Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
• Paid Time Off

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
