Summary of responsibilities
The role serves as point of contact for clients and will facilitate internal and external service coordination to resolve issues and respond to client requests. The Sr. Client Relationship Manager will provide the highest level of service as well as conduct client review meetings and coordinate client’s needs with outside professionals including attorneys and tax advisors.
Principal responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
- Manage client onboarding process including account opening and transfer of assets
- Schedule, prepare and conduct client reviews
- Work with Advisor to discuss, review and finalize financial planning assumptions and design decisions
- Work with clients, under the supervision of the Advisor, to obtain information and prepare needs and wants analysis, risk profiles and investment policy statements
- Participates in client meetings and adds value to meetings by delivering presentations, facilitating discussions, and preparing information
- Schedule, prepare and conduct reviews
- Follow compliance manual / procedures and adhere to compliance tracking requirements
- Maintain CRM – client rating, review schedule, touch point, etc
- Set up eMoney (financial planning software) with basic info and ensure client understands how to access
- Follow up on referrals with the advisor
- Review and coordinate the appropriate Trust solutions
- Support ensemble in the review of legal documents for clients
- Develop cohesive relationships with client’s legal and tax advisors
Additional responsibilities: - Work as part of the operational team including phone coverage
- Participate in team meetings
- Assist as needed with events
- Participate in webinars and podcasts
- Participate as a member of the team
- Demonstrate the firm’s values and ethics
- Recognize and suggest opportunities for enhanced client service
- Continue to develop skills and business knowledge
- Make suggestions to systemize and improve office functioning
- Support Institutional relationships

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Superior communication skills
Qualifications: - Five years’ experience in an administrative role or five years’ experience in financial / trust services
- Experience in Financial / Estate Planning
- Understanding of SEC Compliance
- Must have or obtain appropriate investment licenses (within 180 days of hire)
