Job description

Family Nurse Practitioner

Join an expanding outpatient Primary Care team. Flexible schedule (days and hours). Light phone call 1:3. Primarily adults. Cerner EMR. 

Non-profit integrated regional health system in NW Ohio, affiliated with a top research institute. Central location south of Toledo Metro (40 miles). Micropolitan community and the 2nd largest city in NW Ohio. Great community offering affordable housing and lower cost of living.

Requirements:

• BC Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine
• 2-3 years experience preferred
• OH license, or eligible

Compensation:

• Guaranteed base salary
• Signing bonus and/or relocation assistance
