Job description
Job Responsibilities
General Ledger – maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Accounts Payable – process all invoices in a timely manner; prepare checks.
Payroll – process bi-weekly payroll, quarterly and annual tax reconciliations.
Credit Card – maintain employee credit cards, update the general ledger and monitor activity.
Accounts Receivable – record, monitor and track all Accounts Receivable.
Account reconciliations – reconcile all accounts including bank statements.
Financial reports – prepare monthly financial statements.
Budget – assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget. Enter in QuickBooks.
Required Qualifications:
Suite of applications.
Compensation: Hourly: $22 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
