Job description
The Smyrna First United Methodist Church is looking for qualified early childhood professionals to join our Preschool and Parents’ Morning Out program! You will serve as classroom teacher for young children ages 9 months to four years old.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
. Arrive 30 minutes before class begins to set up room.
. Greet parents and children in the carpool line.
. Serve as classroom teacher for young children ages 9 months to four years old.
. Prepare and distribute materials for daily activities.
. Attend to diaper change or potty-training needs.
. Comply with security check-in and out procedures as outlined.
. Interact with children through the curriculum.
. Perform other duties as assigned by the Parent' Morning Out Director

Love for babies/toddlers
Experience working with children.
Dependability, reliability, and punctuality
Flexibility and orderliness in a classroom environment
Ability to work well as a member of a close-knit team.
Ability to maintain a pleasant, positive attitude.
