We have just partnered with an innovative hyper-growth SaaS company, who utilizes AI-technology to optimize their clients' internal processes and financial reporting. Here is an amazing opportunity for individuals who value autonomy and embrace the start-up mindset.

This is a client-facing role, where you will need to have solid Python programming skills to compliment your people management skills. You will be on customer calls providing technical support and solutions, performing tests and upgrades, as well as identifying new RPA opportunities for the business. You will be providing technical guidance to existing customers to build close relationships and better understand their business needs.

Ideal candidates will have a SaaS background as a Solutions Architect or a Customer Success Manager. The role is paying up to $180k base, with employee stock options. They are only considering applicants within Austin, Texas, and SF Bay area.

Qualifications include:

• Experience in Solution Architecture or Engineering
  
• Experience with Python
  
• Experience in a customer-facing environment
  
• Experience working with cross-functioning teams
  
• Ability to propose changes where needed, provide guidance to engineering managers, and assess systems architecture to recommend solutions for clients
  
• Bonus if you're up to date with the advancements within the AI realm!
