Join Our Corporate Operations Team

ECG’s Corporate Operations team has approximately 100 employees associated with ECG offices across the country. Team members keep the business running, manage payroll and benefits offerings, ensure deliverables are high quality, hire and train employees, market our services, streamline business processes, and much more. Corporate Operations departments include Administrative Services, Business Development, Document Production Center, Finance, Human Resources (which includes Recruiting and Learning & Development), IT, and Marketing

 

Your Opportunity with ECG: Administrative Assistant II

The primary responsibility of the administrative assistant is enhancing the division leader’s effectiveness by performing a diverse set of administrative functions at an elevated and exceptional level. Additionally, the administrative assistant must be adept in helping drive completion of key deliverables and possess excellent ownership and follow-through skills on special projects. The administrative assistant must be proficient at tasks such as active calendar management, complex and detailed travel plans, and timely and accurate expense report processing for ECG principals and executives. The administrative assistant may also support administrative processes for an assigned consulting division or service area, including tasks such as scheduling and coordinating division and service area management meetings and educational sessions. The administrative assistant will provide support for up to eight leaders depending on the division or service area support and/or small office management responsibilities.
