Job description
Frederich Family Wealth Advisors, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial LLC - is seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to join their team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of people management and office administration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a positive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
People Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of office professionals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate benefit packages and liaison between providers and employees.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work culture.
Office Management:
- Supervise day-to-day office activities to maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Implement and streamline office processes to enhance efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance the overall office environment.
- Track and report on key compliance initiatives and internal office programs.
Creative Front Office Leadership:
- Utilize creativity to maintain an aesthetically pleasing and professional front office.
- Implement innovative ideas to enhance client experience.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and client-friendly atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong computer, reporting and data analysis capabilities.
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to office aesthetics and client engagement.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary in the range of $90,000 - $105,000 per year.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, paid holidays, 401k with a company match, and health insurance (up to 98% premium coverage for the employee).
