Title: Manager, Group Sales

Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Position Summary: Las Vegas Lights FC seek an enthusiastic and skilled sales leader for the position of Group Sales Manager. The ideal candidate for this position has previous hospitality sales experience and proven leadership ability. The Group Sales Manager will oversee aspects of developing and executing group ticket sales plans to maximize revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prospect, establish, research and close group ticket sales leads through cold-calling, prospecting, appointments and networking.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales and prospecting goals.
• Actively develop relationships with casinos, hotels, destination management companies, convention centers, meeting planners and all other sectors of local tourism market.
• Prospect conventions and meetings market to generate new sales opportunities.
• Work to grow existing group and theme night events and develop, plan and execute new events.
• Maintain high level of customer service to existing and new clients of Las Vegas Lights FC.
• Participate in various sales, team and community events as assigned.
• Represent organization at various networking events.
• Active role in the game day experience.
• Maintain accurate records in support of sales efforts as defined by the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Background, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
• Experience working with ticketing software and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and requests.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in the Las Vegas market preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and occasional holidays.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check required.
• Must be legally authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the US.
