Our capabilities include DevOps lifecycle management, a full-featured secure management stack, and network automation.
Knack Works (a Subsidiary of Jacobs) is seeking a Systems Engineer to help coordinate our development, deployment, and maintenance of our services and systems to a government customer. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated experience working across multiple areas of the System Engineering lifecycle. Responsibilities of this position include:
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with Government customers and their representatives regarding program status and deliverables.
- Conduct internal coordinate with multiple matrixed teams to ensure program success.
- Build and maintain program plans and program schedules.
- Maintain and manage update system documentation.
- Build training material and conduct training sessions with system users.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Active TS/SCI w/POLY required.
- Bachelors in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree.
- 8-years’ experience working within the Intelligence Community.
- Demonstrated experience with System Engineering lifecycle.
- Experience working within an incremental development framework.
- Ability to coordinate within a diverse group of technical experts.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Northern Virginia.
Preferred :
- Demonstrated experience providing technical documentation and presentations to customers.
- Working knowledge of Linux.
- Experience with Kubernetes environments.
- Current DoD 8570 IAT II Certification (Security+) or higher certification or ability to obtain certification within 4 weeks of starting role.
