One of the area's top real estate teams, The Rupesh Patel Home Selling Team, is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and gregarious Inside Sales Agent! This is a salary plus bonus possibility role. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving sales environment and is happy speaking to consumers the majority of the day. You will serve as first point of contact for potential clients and must be well spoken and highly motivated to make a great first impression. Responsibilities: • This position is 100% database conversion/appointment setting/relationship building • Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day • Partner with field sales to execute meetings • Report activity and results on a daily basis • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth-oriented person open to new ideas and coaching • Set appointments for agents on their calendar • Be open to training and learning systems that will aid in your succcess • Manage your day with time blocking Compensation:Fluctuates with performance with $55,000 a year being the average, leaving plenty of upside for the person who understands the opportunity for growth within this role. This is a graduate program with advancement and increased compensation as you progress within the department or another area in the business. We would like to train you and promote you into leadership. Your performance determines your success and with the provided training and office environment, your success can be easily achieved with the eager and driven mindset we are looking for.
