POSITION SUMMARY

The Strategic Accounts Marketing Manager plans, organizes, and executes programs that create relevant two-way interactions with local customers to inform and influence their buying decisions and support their broader relationship with the organization, driving engagement, loyalty, retention, and growth. The manager has a good understanding of local market needs and the ability to leverage and efficiently adapt marketing initiatives. The manager executes a local marketing strategy focusing on maximum ROI and impact measurement.

The Strategic Accounts Marketing Manager will work closely with America’s Marketing Team and local sales teams to execute corporate campaigns and create and successfully implement local marketing programs that deliver maximum impact through a combination of tailored global, regional, and new market–specific activities.

The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding and speaking to the target market's needs through compelling solution “stories”. In addition, he or she can combine those “soft skills” with strong critical thinking and qualitative analysis ability to scrutinize results, determine root causes, and make timely, educated recommendations for maximizing results.

The role will function under a matrix environment where influencing teams and individuals at different levels of the organization will be required (Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Services Managers, 3rd party agencies).

This position will support the entire Vertiv Technology and will work closely with local sales teams and service teams.
