Job description
PRIMARY PURPOSE : To coordinate the payment of invoices. To train colleagues on the expense reimbursement and invoicing tool. To maintain international and domestic client and customer relationships.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Trains domestic and international colleagues on the Concur invoice and travel & expense system.
Corresponds with international and domestic vendors regarding billing and payments.
Performs financial reconciliations on payment and statement records.
Acts as accounts payable liaison between the international and domestic finance teams.
Tracks and understands sales and use tax and prepares statutory audit documentation.
Assists with the development of Concur invoice and travel and expense (T&E) training communication.
Runs ad hoc reports and performs analysis.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned.
Supports the organization's quality program(s).
Travels as required.

QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Four (4) years of accounts payable experience to include two (2) years of international A/P experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Skills & Knowledge Excellent oral and written communication skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
