We are looking for an experienced (3-5+ years) Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and help lead our projects. You will be responsible for the overall planning phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion. You will be part of a tenured team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from smaller renovations to large-scale units.

This will include overseeing the projects from initiation to completion. Experience working with concrete and/or glass installation, as well as MITIGATION/INSURANCE projects is a PLUS!
You should have excellent budgeting skills, be highly organized and pay attention to detail to ensure schedules are aligned and projects are operating smoothly. You should have strong communications skills and be comfortable with day-to-day operations of liaising with architects, engineers and electricians, ordering & managing materials to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope, and implementing quality control/safety measures. You should be proficient in reading blue prints, have solid skills in Excel and Procore, and preferably have either a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and/or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.- Proficient in Procore
