Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Controls Engineer to join our team. As a Controls Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing control systems. .
Responsibilities
- Preparing electrical schematic and cabinet design drawings specifications and material lists utilizing AutoCad Electrical.
- Hardware design selection NEC standards and industry accepted wiring practices.
- Write complex CNC and PLC programs for machine tools
- PLC program development implementation and commissioning.
- HMI application development implementation and commissioning.
- Field commissioning testing troubleshooting.
- Communicate with team members cabinet shop and subcontractors.

Requirements
MUST HAVE
- PLC Intermediate Level (Allen Bradley)
- HMI Intermediate Level (PanelView ME/SE)
- Networking Entry Level to Intermediate
- Hardware Design Experience
- AutoCAD Electrical
- CNC Experience
- Ability to travel to customer sites for project related work
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with a mechanical concentration. FE/EIT Certification is preferred. 1+ years of related experience. Experience with AutoCAD/Revit software platforms. Microsoft Office Suite. Occasional travel may be required. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to meet project deadlines and provide outstanding service to clients. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects. Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision.
