Momentum  is currently hiring a  Manager of Refresh for our new Refresh program in Ohio. Momentum Refresh is the first mobile resource in the USA providing dignity, full inclusion, and accessibility with quality restrooms in the community. 

This position is located in Ohio and requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and various hours; and flexibility to travel.

The primary goal of the Manager of Refresh is to ensure the smooth running of business according to policies, procedures, and vision. The Manager of refresh will oversee a team of Driver/Community Ambassadors to successfully execute the scheduled rentals, setting up the vehicle for public use, and supporting people and their care provider(s) by providing a clean, safe, and dignified restroom option. 

Manager of Refresh Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manages daily business operations of the Refresh fleet, customer services, fleet maintenance, operational logistics, including achievement of financial and performance goals
  • Qualifies customers and executes rental agreements
  • Facilitates hiring, training, and monitors the performance of each Refresh Driver/Community Ambassador to ensure the highest quality experience for customers to expand accessibility throughout the community
  • Manages the workflow for the operation and related systems
  • Maintains Driver schedules
  • Ensures proper handling and tracking of all rental assets
  • Aligns, partners, and collaborates with assigned human resources and leadership to proactively manage employee relations and support/develop business objectives
  • Leads training designated for the Refresh team to ensure competency in all aspects of their positions
  • Performs other duties as assigned to meet department and/or business needs

Manager of Refresh  Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; preferred 
  • Minimum of five (5) to six (6) years of related work experience or training, required 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish; preferred

  Skills and Knowledge: 

  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of business and management principles

Requirements: 

  • Must be 25 years of age or older 
  • Valid Driver’s License and proof of liability insurance 
  • Clean driving record for past three (3) years
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; preferred
  • Prior experience driving individuals safely to and from facilities
  • Agree to the Employer Pull Notice (EPN) program with DMV – which allows employer to be notified if there is a change in DMV records 
  • Successfully pass all post offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background check, physical exam, drug screening, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to seventy (70) pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
