Job Summary and Qualifications
- Provides departmental leadership improves organizational performance and manages environment of care budget staffing and quality of care. Works under the supervision of the CNO.
What qualifications you will need:
- 2 years of Recent ACUTE CARE Manager/ Director Experience in the CVICU REQUIRED
- Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
- BSN REQUIRED
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
