We are looking for an MBA Fall Co-op from the class of 2025 to support our journey towards continued growth and expansion.

Job Description/Outcome:

To help us accelerate and drive large-scale transformations, we are looking for summer MBA interns to partner with the business, executives, and other leaders at SharkNinja. The MBA Intern(s) will be responsible for working across a portfolio of business transformation initiatives spanning our organization (Commercial, Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Finance).

In addition, the MBA Intern(s) will assist with other critical specific projects that will drive significant impact to SharkNinja, including areas such as strategy, operations, finance, talent, and project management. These experiences will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience applying the range of classroom learnings in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth CPG environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support and drive high-impact projects focused on a variety of business outcomes and representing several functional disciplines
• Interact and partner with senior leaders at SharkNinja to define project outcomes, workstreams, activities, timelines, team, and other foundational elements of project and transformation management
• Lead the development of approaches, frameworks, and best practices to accelerate and drive project impact
• Develop effective working relationships with associates across levels at SharkNinja
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive insights
• Build executive-level presentations that are concise, crisp, visual, and impactful

Education and Experience:

• Enrollment in a top-tier MBA program with 3+ years' work experience in a corporate setting
• Practical experience in the following disciplines is preferred: management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, product management
• Outstanding analytical (qualitative and quantitative) and presentation skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
• Ability to integrate large amounts of ambiguous information into executive-level insights that drive action
• Comfort working deep in the details, but also at a high level – shifting between the two near continuously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Consumer packaged goods / consumer electronics experience is a plus
