We are looking for an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our clients robust corporate legal team. As a Corporate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel to businesses and organizations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing a wide range of corporate contracts and agreements.
- Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Conducting legal research and staying informed about corporate law regulations.
- Collaborating with clients and senior attorneys on complex corporate legal matters.
- Providing expert guidance and support on business-related legal issues.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate law practice.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
