Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives, promoting revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Hire, Train, Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of key personnel, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, the community, and local law enforcement to ensure the highest level of service.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting the security industry.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support the operational and strategic goals of the company.
- Address and resolve complex issues that arise, implementing solutions that align with the company's values and objectives.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the security industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the security industry's regulatory environment in Florida.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of increasing responsibility and success in previous roles.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software.
