Job Title: Roofing Sales Manager
Location: Akron, OH
Salary: $75,000-$100,000
Requirements: Sales experience in Commercial & Industrial Roofing with capability to be in the field & perform routine roof inspections

We are looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Manager Executive to join our Construction team. The successful candidate must have an understanding of roofing systems & exceptional sales abilities. What You Will Be Doing

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify and close new commercial sales opportunities. 

• You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives. 
• You will also be responsible for providing estimated costs, negotiating contracts, and overseeing project installations.
• Routinely be on-site to inspect client roofing needs for repairs or replacements 

What You Need for this Position

At least 3 years of experience in the roofing industry is required. 

• The successful candidate must also have excellent sales and estimating skills, a working knowledge of a variety of roofing systems, and exceptional sales experience
• Knowledge Skills: Commercial Roof, EPDM, TPO, Steep Slope, Roof Sales, Single Ply, Roofing, Roof, Sheet Metal, Low Slope
• Bidding, Estimating, Sales
