As a Vice President Quantitative Analytics in Business Banking, you will be responsible for supporting our Design Team and enhancing our Business Banking customers experience.  The focus will be on providing insights across channels, helping our Design team to make the proper decisions utilizing data.
You will be responsible to identify true business insights and help our business teams to track the proper metrics will help the team to grow these products for our customers. 

 

Job Responsibilities
•   Lead partnership with one or more Stakeholders with exceptional understanding of business drivers and underlying data
•   Collaborate with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals
•   Lead execution of KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards and analysis including segmentations, optimizations and other techniques to improve business function performance
•   Collaborate across functions to drive Analytics and Insights and execution
•   Improve and/or assess processes and controls in support of business results
•   Partner with the modeling, survey, design and other center of excellence teams as needed
•   Build lasting relationships with our clients.

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
•   Masters or PhD in a related field, or Bachelors with 6+ years' experience in a related discipline. 6+ years of related Analytics experience.
•   Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to convey complicated mathematical concepts, algorithms and data structures.
•   Hands-on experience delivering analytics and insights to multiple levels of management, business strategy and tactical implementation
•   Experience in relational databases including proficiency in SQL
•   Proficiency in data analysis language(s) such as Python, SAS etc.
•   Experience with dynamic and interactive reporting applications (i.e. Tableau)
•   Experience with Digital and Customer Journey analytics tools like Adobe Analytics is a plus
