Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage social advertising campaigns across multiple social networks.
- Review/monitor effectiveness and performance of campaigns to maximize results.
- Act as a liaison between management and content creators.
- Coordinate with management to plan out the best recommendations for social applications.
- Manage accounts on a daily basis.
- Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports and present next step strategy recommendations.
- Stay current with emerging social media tools, platforms and trends.
- Interpret site analytics, research target demographics, define key performance indicators, and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods.
- Explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and oversee all social media content while monitoring the success of all social media campaigns.
- Implement and manage company's Social Media strategy to increase online presence, improve marketing efforts, and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
- Curate and create both photo and video content.
Experience needed: - BA/BS in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related program with equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of social media experience.
- Experience in creating content strategies.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling platforms.
- Excellent writing skills.
- An eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent planning and time-management skills.
- Experience in outdoor cooking or a passion for food is a plus.
