Role Overview:

As an Equipment Leasing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our equipment leasing segment. From forging new vendor relationships to nurturing existing partnerships, your efforts will directly impact our growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

- Proactively prospecting and cultivating vendor and lessee relationships.
- Driving volume and deepening penetration within existing vendor and lessee networks.
- Collaborating with vendor sales teams to provide leasing sales training and support.
- Establishing strong business relationships with both senior management and day-to-day contacts.
- Representing our company at industry trade shows and events.
- Ensuring seamless administration and communication of new programs.
- Working closely with our management and support teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Background in equipment leasing.
- Experience in banking/financing and consultative sales.
- Ideally, a transferable book of business generating $3 million annually or greater.
- Proficiency with CRM software programs; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve monthly and annual growth targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment leasing.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Salary and Commission:

Salary range: $30,000 - $150,000 per year. Average commission: $10,000 - $150,000+ per year.
