Position Details:
Title - IT Technical Support - Level 2
Location - Irving, Texas or Fort Worth, Texas Onsite
Type - Long Term Contract
DayToDay Responsibilities:
- Work to resolve help desk and IT related issues
- Resolve help desk tickets including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Perform user administration duties.
- Set up and maintain conference rooms for large corporate gatherings
- Resolving technical queries & issues
- Providing technical recommendations
- Tier 2 level support for end users
Must Have:
- Minimum of 4 years working as an experienced IT desktop support technician
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Excellent communication, someone who is dependable, passionate about helping others
- The ability to switch tasks easily
- Background in customer relations related to technical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer
- Familiarity with networking systems & protocols
