Job description
Overview:
The IDIQ Manager will lead task order responses for Si loSmashers , which is a w oman o wned s mall business (WOSB) specializing in cybersecurity, information security, business intelligence solution s , business operations, software development, and program management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the I ndefinite D elivery , I ndefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts and requires staying on top of new task order (TO) opportunities including but not limited to, strategy development, proposal coordination, partner coordination, and contract negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the SiloSmashers portfolio of IDIQ contracts.
- Monitor various channels to stay updated on upcoming task order requests under SiloSmashers IDIQ contracts.
- Lead the development and submission of task order responses.
- Coordinate with technical and program management teams to ensure accurate and competitive task order responses.
- Develop strategies to maximize win rates.
- Negotiate contract terms with government customers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and company policies.
- Maintain relationships with government customers and industry partners.
- Track and report on key IDIQ metrics including proposal win rate, revenue per award, and new tasks ordered.
- Identify process improvements.
Education:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; PMP certification a plus .
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position .
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracting, with a focus on IDIQ contracts.
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).
- Experience in preparing resumes, past performance statements, managing data calls, and preparing relevant proposal sections.
- A documented track record of closing and meeting performance objectives and consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Ability to lead all aspects of the task order sales cycle, including leading or supporting task order capture activities, developing overall win strategies, developing teaming strategies, price-to-win, and bid / no-bid evaluation.
- A broad knowledge of federal procurement practices and contract vehicles, particularly GSA schedules, MACs, and GWACs, and the government's bid and proposal process.

Technical Requirements:
Proficiency in the following software programs is necessary for this role:
- Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Internet Browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer )
- Customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Business Intelligence tools such as Govwin , Sam.gov, USASpending.gov and FedConnect .
